| A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the maximum number of guests includes children of all ages. Please note that daily cleaning is not included and cannot be offered. The apartments are only cleaned at the end of the stay. The apartments do not offer air conditioning. Please note that upon arrival you need to park your car at the backside of the apartment house and drive down in the Karl Flieher street and turn right directly behind the house. (GPS coordinates 47.304153 12.793314) Please also note that parking is limited. You can arrive with a maximum of 2 cars if you book the Alm 1 or Alm 2 Apartment and with a maximum of 1 car if you book the Alm 3 Apartment. No additional cars are possible. Please note that there is a construction work next to the property which might cause noise. |
