| A damage deposit of AUD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that there is currently construction of additional rooms to the building throughout various floors of the property, until 31 October, 2019. One of the lifts at the property will also be replaced, therefore some rooms may be accessible only by stairs at this time. During this time, varied noise levels may occur between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 daily. Some noise levels may be loud or repetitive at times. There may be limited access to the buildings and courtyard at various times. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorisation form will need to be completed. Please note that there is a non-refundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa or UnionPay credit card. Early check in available for an additional $20.00 (subject to room availability after 9:00). Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
